Full Job Description
Prestige Auto Tech is a family-owned business that specializes in European cars located in Miami, FL. We are looking to add an experienced customer care specialist that will provide our customers with top-level customer service. Knowledge about cars is a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
- Must be able to maintain an organized front reception area and common office areas
- Must be able and willing to receive a consistent high volume of inbound calls
- Must be able to answer all calls in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. (2 ring maximum)
- Must be willing to help the service department schedule and confirm appointments
- Must be able to determine the correct department to transfer customer or vendor to
- Must be able to document all customer interactions within CRM
- Must be able to document all pertinent customer information in the system accordingly
- Must be willing to provide customers with a car status update
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, transcribing, and faxing
- Must be able to scan documents and upload to the cloud
- Must be willing to help customers apply for financing if needed
- Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to perform job duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Must be willing to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
- Must be able to communicate customers’ interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Must be able to deal with stressful situations
- Must be apt in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation, assertiveness, and a very high degree of service awareness
- Must have Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Must have a consistent professional appearance and demeanor
- Automotive industry experience preferred
