This is a facility comprised of mechanics that are second to none, and a staff dedicated to a high-quality customer experience. Your first indication of this is the spotless and inviting check-in desk and waiting area, greeting you when you walk in. There is an inclination that only dealer / factory service centers can perform proper service on newer Mercedes, Porsche, BMW Audi, etc. Prestige is focused on knowing the full interval service requirements of your vehicle, and executing a comparable or better maintenance job, using the same factory parts and certified technicians. On my recent visit, the Service Advisor, Arnoldo, presented the full breakdown of the interval service I needed, as well as other items noted in their inspection. Proper and forthright advice was given on required items vs what is not as critical, so that reasonable decisions on the maintenance and/or repairs can be made. Arnoldo always takes my phone calls, and is always glad to delve further into service items, vehicle pick-up timing, etc. It’s done when promised and at the quoted pricing. My vehicle is a Porsche Panamera E-Hybrid, which is a fairly technical platform to work on. I am totally confident of the expertise Prestige has in-house, to properly maintain this vehicle. I have a lot of experience with dealers and other independents in the Miami metro area, but given the expertise, customer service, and competitive value of the pricing offered at Prestige, it has become my goto auto service entity in Miami.
